1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the butter and rapeseed oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add tomato paste, cumin, curry and minced meat. Finely chop the minced meat and fry until browned. Pour in water and crumbled stock cubes.
3.Peel and cut the potatoes into 2x2 cm pieces. Halve the tomatoes. Stir into the soup and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.
4. Core the bell pepper and cut it into small cubes. Stir the bell pepper, corn and crème fraiche into the soup. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
5. Top the cowboy soup with fresh oregano and serve with bread.
